Chris Floyd began his career as a heavy goods vehicle (HGV) driver and has since developed extensive expertise in transport management and road safety advocacy. As chair of RoSPA’s national road safety committee (NRSC), he leads efforts to foster collaboration and drive practical improvements benefiting all road users. Floyd balances data-driven insights with the human stories behind road safety statistics, committed to advancing meaningful change that protects individuals, families, and communities. Under his leadership, the NRSC continues to build on its legacy of promoting safer roads across the UK.
