Jo Bridger is co-chair of Transport for All, working alongside Deborah Persaud to lead the Board of Trustees during a pivotal period for the charity. Appointed in March 2024, Bridger brings experience from the rail sector and the domestic abuse charity sector, where she developed the award-winning ‘Rail to Refuge’ scheme. A disabled person living with sight loss, she has also led on accessible data systems, grassroots community organising, and inclusive grant-making. Bridger now helps steer Transport for All’s ambitious work, including the National Accessible Transport Survey, reforms to pavement parking laws, and advocacy for all-day concessionary travel schemes.
