Keith Mortimer is director of Wyeval Consulting, an independent ITS consultancy he founded in 2009. With over 25 years’ experience in telematics and road user charging, Mortimer has led major projects across the UK and internationally. As Chair of the ITS (UK) Road User Charging Interest Group, he brings together global professionals to share best practice in sustainable transport policy. A regular speaker and session chair at leading industry conferences, Mortimer is widely recognised for his strategic insight into the economic, social and environmental impacts of intelligent transport systems and their role in delivering fair and effective mobility solutions.
