Joanna is the North West regional lead with Women in Transport, a not-for-profit whose mission is to empower women in the transport industry to maximise their potential. When not doing that, Joanna works as the communications, customer and social value lead with HW Martin (Traffic Management) Ltd, a traffic management provider. Joanna is passionate about celebrating the achievements of women in the transport industry and creating spaces where they can share their stories and facilitate courageous conversations that promote change and raise organisational standards.
